Team Kilimanjaro’s journey with Africa’s highest peak began in March 2000, when our founder completed a speed ascent of Kilimanjaro on his very first expedition. Since officially launching our climb operations in June 2004, we’ve had the privilege of guiding more than 12,000 climbers to the summit by 2025.

Our mountain operations are built around small, tightly-knit teams, each led by a seasoned chief guide who communicates daily with our dedicated Expedition Coordinator. This structure ensures consistent oversight, while our British-led management team remains on call around the clock to handle logistics, resolve contingencies, and oversee every detail of planning and execution.

Team Kilimanjaro’s approach to staffing is entirely performance-driven. Guides, cooks, and porters are assigned climbs based strictly on merit, reliability, and client feedback. With every team member under ongoing evaluation, we actively foster a culture of excellence where professionalism, punctuality, and hard work are recognised and rewarded, ensuring an exceptional experience for every climber.

This Package Includes

• TK Rongai Route | 7 Nights in Total for a Solo or Double Climb

Kilimanjaro Advantage Plus Series climb includes:

• All climb costs, salaries, food while on the mountain, park fees, etc (excluding tips)
• All transfers to the mountain and back to your Arusha hotel again
• Pick up at Kilimanjaro Airport and transfer to your hotel in Arusha
• A night’s accommodation both before and after the climb* (2 nights in total at The Outpost Lodge, booked on a B&B basis - breakfast only)

• Hotel upgrade costs if you decide to request an alternative hotel to the standard
