- French-style, honey nougat studded with Roasted Macadamia Nuts & finished with a subtle salted twist.
- Ingredients: Glucose syrup, sugar, macadamia nuts (14%), honey (8%), free-range egg white, wafer paper [potato starch, vegetable oil (olive oil)], Maldon sea salt (0,5%).
- Dusting: Rice Flour
- Allergens: tree nuts, egg.
- Roasted Almond Nougat:
- French style, honey Nougat, studded with creamy roasted almonds.
- Ingredients: Glucose syrup, sugar, almonds (17%), honey (8%), free-range egg white, wafer paper [potato starch, vegetable oil (olive oil)].
- Dusting: Rice flour.
- ALLERGENS: Tree Nuts, egg.
- White Chocolate, Olive Oil, Almond and Vanilla Nougat:
- French-style honey nougat, studded with creamy, roasted Almonds & laced with the gentle flavours of white chocolate, olive oil & delicate vanilla seeds.
- Ingredients: Sugar, glucose syrup, almonds (8%), honey (8%), white chocolate (8%) [sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder, vanilla, soya lecithin], olive oil, free-range egg white, wafer paper [potato starch, vegetable oil (olive oil)], vanilla paste [mineral water, glucose, glycerine (humectant), ethanol, Madagascan bourbon, vanilla (6%), stabiliser].
